Industry Institution Interaction Cell

The industry-institution interaction cell was formed with a sole motive – To train our students in the latest technologies over nd above the academics and to interact with the industry and organize industrial visits, organize for internships, organize for guest lectures from the eminent industrial personalities on the latest development in the respective industries.

The Industry Institution interaction cell is manned by a group of well educated and open minded faculties.

The iii cell contrives to act as a bridge between the industry and our students. The cell is co-ordinating with renowned and reqputed companies from the core industry. It industry, electrical industry, telecommunication industry and the construction industry. We are organizing regular industry visits. Some of the upcoming industrial visits(iv’s) being organized for March and July, 2015.

Apart from these industrial visits, we are organizing around 4 guest lectures in March and July, 2015.

We have obtained membership with many reputed organizations who act as a co-ordinator for various lindustries like CII, FICCI, IEEE etc., and are regularly interacting with these organizations and seeking their support in organizing industrial visits, training schedules etc.

The cell is also interacting with core industrial houses like sundram fasteners ltd., Madurai for internal training of our students in fasteners manufacturing and then procuring job works from them for manufacturing nuts and bolts in our high facility workshops which are equipped with the most modern and latest machinery and cnc machinery. The students in this programme will be entrepreneurs and they will take the responsibility of training their juniors thus creating a regular chain supply of entrepreneurs.
